I assist PQ in setting up QuickBooks Online. This is to “balance our books” of the usual income, and invoices, and to process their historical financial data (including associating it with IRS-required documentation if applicable.)
Having an ongoing system to track, keep records of, and project expenses is a basic tenet of an NPO. Budgeting properly means more video games preserved, more people helped, and much more! I also pulled all of their historical expense data into QuickBooks Online.
